Orthopaedics expert, applied biologist and beekeeper, Adrian worked at E.Merck, Convatec, DePuy (Johnson & Johnson ) and Biomet, where he worked internationally as Trauma and Spine Director, before co-founding Int2Med in 2010.
A graduate of The University of the West of England in Applied Biology, Adrian won the Norman Pritchard Memorial Prize in 1989, carrying that drive and success through to his sales career, winning several sales prizes with Convatec, Depuy and Biomet.
He is the primary author of a European patent for the detection of toxins in water using bioluminescent bacteria, which formed a fundamental part of a monitoring system which went on to be the first commercially launched detection system of its kind for E Merck.
At Int2Med, Adrian continues to innovate, working with surgeons and manufacturers to continuously develop improved products and services for patients.

After graduating from veterinary college in Budapest and later deciding to move away from animal care, Alex settled in the UK and transitioned to orthopaedic sales and marketing at Zimmer, Orthofix, Genzyme (Biomatrix) and Biomet Trauma (based near his hometown in NJ), during which he and Adrian met and eventually formed a friendship and partnership that stands to this day.
Recognising the importance of collaboration between manufacturers, healthcare providers, and patients, Alex and Adrian co-founded Int2Med in 2010 with the clear intention of offering a more personalised service to orthopaedic customers while making niche international products available to UK patients.
At Int2Med, Alex provides a uniquely responsive service to customers, whether by advising surgeons or developing products and has even been known to jump on his motorbike to personally ensure a product is delivered in a medical emergency.
